 UTS has been associated with Hughes (Hughes Tool Company) since 1981, which culminated into a revised agreement with Baker Hughes EHO Limited, Hughes Christensen Division (“HCC”) in 1992 based on their reorganization. Since then, UTS has been successfully marketing, promoting and selling HCC’s products to the Oil & Gas Industry in Abu Dhabi.
